Help us create a vibrant, healthy future in Washington.
At Group Health Foundation, we believe opportunities for health should be available to everyone and are dedicated to partnering with communities and organizations across the state to advance their visions for a vibrant, healthy future. We are guided by our values and equity agreements.
Cultivating a staff team that embodies the diverse experiences of our communities is essential to these aspirations. We strongly and sincerely encourage applications from people of color; immigrant, bilingual, and multicultural individuals; d/Deaf people and people with disabilities; members of LGBTQIA+ and gender non-conforming communities; and people with other diverse backgrounds and lived experiences.
As a Foundation employee, in addition to advancing the aspirations of communities across the state, you will receive an equitable and competitive salary and an excellent benefits package that includes fully paid medical/dental/vision coverage for employees and dependent children (and partial coverage for partners and spouses), a 10-percent retirement contribution, generous and flexible paid time off, paid family and medical leave, a transit pass (where available), and support for your ongoing professional development.

Remote work update
Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our offices are currently closed and all team members are working remotely. While all of our positions require some travel for community visits and quarterly staff retreats, meetings are currently taking place online.

Due to the number of inquiries we receive, we are unable to respond to requests for informational interviews. We also want to ensure that all candidates have a similar level of access to information when preparing their application materials.
