Communications Manager
The Communications Manager will execute day-to-day communications activities, and be responsible for generating, reviewing, and editing external communications. This position that can be located remotely within Washington or at any of our offices. Given that a majority of our current team members are located in King County, priority will be given to candidates who both live in and have a deep connection to communities in other areas of the state.

Vice President of Programs
We are excited to announce the addition of a second vice president of programs (VPP) at the Foundation. The VPP will collaborate with the CEO, the other VPP, our board of directors, and our executive team on visioning and the development and execution of ambitious program strategies to advance health equity alongside communities and leaders across Washington State. The VPP will be experienced in systems change, community power-building strategies, and community-centered grantmaking, with an understanding of equity and justice movements and an entrepreneurial nature for early stage organizational growth and development.

Remote work update

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic, our offices are currently closed and all team members are working remotely. While all of our positions require some travel for community visits and quarterly staff retreats, meetings are currently taking place online.
