Jerry Martinez is a program associate on the grantmaking team based in Pasco. In addition to providing project and administrative support, he helps manage relationships and expand the Foundation’s reach in communities historically underfunded and overlooked by philanthropy. Jerry brings his experience as an emergency relief organizer for the United Farm Workers Foundation in Eastern Washington, as well as stints in the business sector through an internship with Boeing and an analyst role with Cougar Investment Fund.
A recent graduate from Washington State University, Jerry studied business administration and finance, and was the co-director of diversity and inclusion for the Associated Students of Washington State University. He serves as a member of the Kennewick School District’s equity team. Born and raised in the Tri-Cities, Jerry still dreams of growing up to be a professional soccer player and, until then, roots for Club América.
